Our Design-Build Process
1. Consultation Phase
We will have an introductory meeting to get to know you better. This is where we'll get a better understanding of your style and preferences. From having a larger walk-in closet to a bigger pantry, we'll include it in the design. In addition, we will also gather information like site plans (lot survey), preferred budget, timeline, and more.
2. Preliminary Design
This is where we'll design your dream home! Then we'll meet to discuss the total cost of your floor plan (included with all your preferences) and make adjustments if needed.
3. Design Approval
If there were any necessary changes made to the design, it will be reviewed & approved.
4. Construction
We will begin construction and provide regular updates on the progress of your home.
5. Walk-through
Congratulations, your home is complete! We will have a final walk-through and introduce you to your new home.
